Description
99mTc TRODAT-1; it is part of the tropane family and behaves as a dopamine transporter. It is possible through the use of TRODAT-1 to make an early diagnosis of the disease in patients with suspected Parkinson's disease, it is indicated to differentiate essential tremor, as well as other parkinsonisms, progressive supranuclear palsy and multisystem atrophy.
A sterile, bacterial endotoxin-free, non-radioactive lyophilized powder, it is suitable for reconstitution with a sterile, bacterial endotoxin-free, radioactive solution of (99mTc) sodium pertechnetiate.
